For breakfast, oranges are freshly squeezed, bread is homemade, Msemen pancakes are accompanied by mountain honey and eggs from the countryside can be prepared just as you love them…


For lunch (served until 16.00) we offer a fresh mixed salad, with skewers, salted puffed pastries (Briouates), or meatballs (keftas), followed by the dessert of the day.

Our cook

In the evening, our talented cook, Khadija, will prepare typical dishes of her country’s gastronomy. She uses exclusively organic products from a farm in the Ourika Valley, selected for its seriousness by me. I go to the market myself and have been working for years with suppliers, whom I have previously tested and whose ethics and quality of products I have ensured.
