For breakfast, oranges are freshly squeezed, bread is homemade, Msemen pancakes are accompanied by mountain honey and eggs from the countryside can be prepared just as you love them…

For lunch (served until 16.00) we offer a fresh mixed salad, accompanied by skewers, salted puffed pastries (Briouates), or meatballs (keftas)
followed by the dessert of the day.


At lunch (served until 4.00 p.m.) we offer a fresh mixed salad, accompanied by kebabs, briouates, pastillas or keftas, followed by the dessert of the day.

Our cook

In the evening, our talented cook, Khadija, will prepare, upon order, typical dishes of her country’s gastronomy.

Organic products

She exclusively uses organic products from a farm in the Ourika Valley, selected for her seriousness by me. I do the market myself and have worked for years with suppliers, which I have previously tested and for which I have ensured both the ethics and the quality of the products.
