Services & Concierge in Marrakech

At Riad Cocoon, your stay in Marrakech begins well before you arrive. Our team is here to help you plan your stay with a personalised concierge service, including private
transfers, taxis, excursions, experiences, official guides, treatments at the riad, local recommendations and restaurant reservations.

With only five rooms, Riad Cocoon allows us to take the time to get to know each guest, understand what they are looking for and help create a stay in Marrakech that feels genuinely personal.

A personalised welcome from the moment you arrive

We can arrange your private transfer from Marrakech airport, the railway station or another arrival
point in the city.

At the airport, our driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal with a Riad Cocoon sign. Once
you reach the Medina, our team will take over and accompany you to the riad.

During your stay, we can also arrange taxis for journeys around Marrakech, whether you are heading to a restaurant, the Majorelle Garden, an appointment or anywhere else in the city.

We can also organise your return transfer to the airport or railway station and advise you on the most suitable transport options for your plans.

Concierge service and planning your stay in Marrakech

Marrakech is even more enjoyable when the details have been taken care of in advance.

Before you arrive, or once you are here, we can help you organise your days and make reservations according to your preferences: restaurants, official guides, cultural visits, hammam and massages, private excursions and experiences in and around Marrakech.

Our local knowledge allows us to recommend carefully selected experiences chosen for their quality,
authenticity, comfort and reliability.

Tailor-made excursions and experiences

Would you like to discover another side of Marrakech or spend a day beyond the city?

We can arrange a range of excursions and experiences from Riad Cocoon, including Berber villages in the Atlas Mountains, the Ourika Valley, the Agafay Desert, Essaouira, Ait Ben Haddou and the landscapes of southern Morocco.

We can also organise experiences such as hot-air balloon flights, buggy adventures in the Agafay

Desert and Moroccan cooking classes. Most excursions are private and can be adapted to suit your programme.

Discover the Medina with an official guide

For a first introduction to Marrakech, we can book a private official guide for you.

Your guide can take you through the Medina, its monuments, souks and historic neighbourhoods, while helping you better understand the history, architecture and culture of Marrakech.

Riad Cocoon enjoys a privileged location in the Medina, close to the Ben Youssef Madrasa, Marrakech Museum, Maison de la Photographie, Le Jardin Secret and Dar El Bacha.

Restaurants and local recommendations in Marrakech

Marrakech offers a remarkable variety of restaurants, from traditional Moroccan tables to some of the city’s most sought-after contemporary addresses.

We are always happy to share recommendations according to your tastes and can help you book restaurants in advance, particularly the most popular venues.

And on evenings when you would rather stay in the privacy of the riad, our Moroccan dinner is available by prior reservation.

Hammam and massages at the riad

After a day in the Medina, or from the moment you arrive in Marrakech, enjoy a relaxing treatment without leaving Riad Cocoon.

Our wellness area offers a traditional hammam, black-soap exfoliation and massages, available by appointment with our therapist.

We particularly recommend scheduling treatments at the beginning of your stay – a wonderful way to slow down and ease into the rhythm of Marrakech.

Amenities designed for your comfort

Throughout your stay, complimentary high-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available across the riad.

After check-out, we can also store your luggage so you can continue enjoying Marrakech until it is time to leave.

Our team remains available throughout your stay to assist with practical arrangements, book a taxi or other transport, and offer day-to-day advice whenever you need it.

Your Marrakech stay, planned with you

Tell us what you have in mind before your stay.

We will be happy to take care of the details so that, once you arrive at Riad Cocoon, all that is left for
you to do is enjoy Marrakech.
